It is time to prepare your outfits, prepare your tents and RVs, and prepare your minds for Clan Shenanigan at TRF 2026!

As always, we're going back on Barbarian weekend - November 14 and 15. We will again be arriving as early as we can on Thursday (Nov 12)  to claim space as TRF is not allowing us to reserve space (for a reasonable cost). We had a great turnout on Thursday last year and it made setup SO much easier. We need that energy again if we want to make this year a success!

We had around 125 paid attendees last year and we're expecting closer to 150 this year. If we have the same turnout this year as we had last year on Thursday - we'll have all the same amenities as we did last year: wedding tents, chill spaces, food, and lots of shenanigans throughout!

When it comes to Thursday - we'll be providing dinner on Thursday just like we did last year. Expect a very chill evening - with finishing the setup on Friday. Friday evening and beyond? Well, you know what to expect...

With inflation expected to increase food costs (it's always our biggest variable cost), we're charging $30 per person this year. Keep in mind, this $30 fee is not only for food - we use this money to repair and replace equipment, provide gasoline and propane for power of the public spaces, firewood, and pay for that lovely Uhaul that we use to bring all this equipment to the site.
