Check In

Note: official check-in won't be 'active' until Thursday night. If you are arriving Thursday, please check-in with Erik Paine. You will receive your wristband on Thursday night after Jason Kinkaid arrives. 

So you just arrived at TRF campgrounds, made it through the gate, and followed the Map to get to our site. Tons of people running around, a line of RVs and cars, now what??

When you arrive, park along the road where you can (if in a tent) or park your rig on the road before the main entrance to our campsite (look for the inflated and lit rainbow along the road on Friday and beyond). Once parked, please look for Jason Kinkaid in a glowing red necklace and a harness lit with EL wire. He'll be at the Red check-in canopy which should be near the rainbow facing the road - look for our lit up banner, check-in canopy will be nearby. Please bring your whole party to check-in. Jason or Raul will get everyone signed in and hand you your wristbands. We will be able to take payment for any additional guests as well.  

After check-in, one of our organizers will direct you on where to setup your tent or RV. Spots are first come, first serve - and we won't have a layout of the area prior to the setup since we don't have a reserved space. 

If only part of your party has arrived, please let your other party members know they still need to check in with Jason or Raul at the canopy - they'll be there late into Friday, and there will be a contact number posted at the check-in canopy if they're not there. 

**For those having an RV delivered this year, TRF is NOT charging the delivery person for entry. They just need to sign in at the front gate and sign out when leaving.** Please make sure you're already onsite when the delivery is made (so you can direct the delivery person to our site). If this isn't possible - ask the delivery person to contact Erik at 210-442-9519.
