Registration and Donations

This year we've set our registration fee at $25 per person. This applies whether you're staying in a tent or an RV - the charge is per person, not per tent or RV. When you arrive at our site, you'll be checked-in by name and given a wristband - so we know who is supposed to have access to our amenities.

See the Registration Form to officially sign up - you'll need to provide your registration fee first (see above). You can donate for multiple people in one transaction - just make sure that everyone knows who paid, because the Registration Form asks for that information.

Your registration isn't complete until we verify your per person registration fee, and the completeness of your registration information. You'll receive an email from clanshenanigan@gmail.com confirming your registration - or asking for clarification of any details.

Attendees can register via the form until Wednesday the 12th EOD (after that we won't necessarily be looking at the form responses) - if you decide to come after that we invite you to inform us in Telegram or Facebook that you're coming, how many, RV or Tent, when you'll arrive, etc. We will collect your registration fee in person at the campsite.

We will also be accepting cash at the campsite - if you need to pay with cash as part of your form registration prior to the event, please reach out to the organizers in the Facebook or Telegram chat. We'll DM you to make arrangements.
